Engineering & BIM
Utilizing BIM (Building Information Modeling) for 3D clash detection and CFD (Conductivity for Dynamics) simulation, all potential conflicts are resolved before construction begins, achieving a “digital twin.”
In-house Manufacturing
Based on the OSM (Offshore Manufacturing) concept, 80% of the cleanroom components (including HVAC modules, ceilings, doors, windows, and FFUs) are prefabricated in the AIRKEY factory, ensuring quality stability from the source.
Modular Construction
On-site construction is transformed into “modular assembly.” Fire-free and dust-free construction significantly shortens on-site construction time, 30%-50% faster than traditional methods.
