The Challenge

Deployment of a 5,000 sqm modular GMP facility with integrated HVAC. The project required extreme adherence to cleanliness protocols while maintaining an aggressive timeline for facility commissioning. The primary obstacle was the integration of large-scale HVAC modules within an existing structural footprint.

We deployed our Modular Softwall Systems to create variable zones of purity. Using Digital Twin simulation, we mapped air-flow patterns to optimize heavy machinery placement, drastically reducing turbulent zones.
